Dr. Bellur is not only passionate about clinical practice but also teaching.

He is involved with teaching the residents of the Conroe Family Residency Program, and has had the distinct privilege of conducting research at one of the nation's premier health institutes, NIH at Bethesda, Maryland before starting his Residency in Internal Medicine at State University of New York, Stony Brook. He trained as a Fellow in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio. Dr. Bellur is certified by ABIM in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology and has been serving the Conroe and Huntsville areas for over 18 years.

Dr Bellur was the recipient of the 2011 Patient's Choice Award. He is recognized as a Leading Physician of the World and Top Cardiologist in Conroe, TX for 2010 by International Association of Cardiologists. He is also a Distinguished Fellow and a Distinguished Member of the American College of Cardiology. He is board certified in cardiology and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of a number of Associations such as ACC, TMA,SCAI and Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
